Led by City Historian Dr. Luciano J. Iorizzo, who is also Professor of History, Emeritus, SUNY Oswego, this site is a work in conjunction with Mayor Randolph F. Bateman and the City Historian Advisory Board to preserve, educate and serve as a resource on the City of Oswego in New York.
